Work crews can make alterations to products easily using normal tools, such as circular and drywall saws, and power drivers.	Elastomeric sealant ensures a watertight and airtight connection between walls, walls and ceiling and roof, and around window and door openings.
Drywall attaches easily to steel framed and foamed walls or open frame walls with screws. Steel studs are 16 inches on center.	Products are easy to handle; a four–foot by ten-foot wall segment weighs only about 70 pounds.
