Building a house using Platinum Technology™ Products is faster, easier and less expensive than either block or stick-built construction. The walls connect using join straps – three-inch wide 20-gage steel strips – that overlap wall frames. Each wall connection uses 36 screws – 18 on the interior and another 18 on the exterior – to ensure wall structural stability.	Angle clips provide additional stability along interior corners.
Electric conduit and boxes come pre-installed, following architectural or building plans, and ready for electricians to pull wires.	Framing around the window openings is based on the Prescriptive Method and riveted. Window fastening is determined by the designer of record.
