Anchoring is based on local codes, wind loads,exposure zones and is exclusively up to the designer of record	Another bead of sealant along the inside bottom of the track properly seats the wall and limits thermal bridging.
The wall is placed in the track and secured with screws every foot along the interior and exterior track.	Once again, a bead of sealant goes between wall segments to prevent moisture, air infiltration and thermal bridging.
