Their mission is to provide, through a charitable manner, decent, safe and sanitary housing, affordable and accessible to residents of Seminole County whose household income meets the criteria to qualify as very-low and low income as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

To develop and build prototype low-income housing ventures which can serve as demonstrations to be replicated in other areas of Florida where the need exists.  Also, to serve as a one-stop resource center for very-low and low-income persons needing information and assistance relative to housing, community, economic, and business opportunities: to joint venture with private developers, local governments, and lenders to provide housing and related services to very-low and low-income persons.
