Build Faster and Better for LessSM

Building just got easier. And faster. And more profitable. That’s what happens when you think outside the block…and break with tradition. Now there’s nothing wrong with concrete block or stick-and-batt construction.

In fact, you can build darn good homes using either blocks or wood. But these aren’t the only ways to build. There’s Platinum Technology™.

Change can be good. But we don’t always embrace it. Builders, after all, didn’t flock to concrete block when it first arrived on the scene. The same can be said of almost all new building materials and methods.

So, we don’t expect every builder to use our materials. Even though we’ve made it really easy. We’re looking for builders who want an edge…some leverage in the marketplace. If you believe the forces of supply and demand might make next year less profitable than this year…we should talk. Because we have a solution…a hedge against less tolerant economic times and changing marketplaces. It requires us to think outside the block…and break some traditions, as well. We call our methods Platinum Technology…and we make walls, ceilings and roofs.

Innovation that Makes Sense (Really)

We use steel and fiber-reinforced polyurethane to make our walls, ceilings and roofs. Yes, polyurethane. Most people easily grasp the concept of using steel for walls and roofs. Steel conjures up images of strength…toughness. But polyurethane? That’s plastic, right?

Yes, and fiber-reinforced polyurethane both insulates and protects against flying debris during storms. So, we combine these elements… achieving a single building material that is stronger, more energy-efficient, easier to work with and more soundproof than wood or concrete block. And when it comes to strength…consider that our products were tested for debris impact by both the Texas Tech University lab and by the ATI lab (ATI is an approved lab for Fl Product Approval). Both times our product passed the large missile impact test, which is “ . . . a 9 lb 2x4 projected at 34MPH (or 50fps) at our panel. We passed each time.

What Does Platinum Technology Do for You?

What Does Platinum Technology Do for Your Customers?

Sounds Good...But

All of this sounds good. But we don’t expect you to drop everything you’re doing and adopt our materials and methods on the basis of what you just read. We want you to experience what we know. Call us and find out first hand what our technology can do. We’ll be pleased to share with you information you need to make a decision that best meets your needs.

We have data on R-Values, wind loads, flame and smoke spread, and virtually any technical information you’ll need to satisfy your permitting officials. We’ll even talk with them and make sure they understand our materials and methods.

The Next Step

Even after that, we don’t need a commitment from you to build 100 homes…or 50 homes…or ten homes using our Platinum Technology. Once you’ve done your homework on us…build one home…track the costs and time…experience what we know. You’ll sell that home at a greater profit than if you built it by other means. And the home buyer will be delighted.

We’ll even write and produce a brochure for you that you can use to sell Platinum Technology to your customers. As we said, sometimes you have to think outside the block…and break with tradition. We grow and prosper only if we help builders like you grow and prosper.

If you’ve gotten this far…we already know you think outside the block. Call us. We’re ready to help you break with one tradition…and start another.
